Notice of Public Hearing: Thursday, February 19, 2026, 7:00 PM

Take notice that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Chatham, New York, will hold a public hearing on an application for an area variance by Daniele Fraizer and Trenton Overksen, Application #2026-002: Tax Map #66.13-1-7; 57 Church St, Chatham, NY. The applicant seeks approval of a solid 4’ fence. A 35% open space is required by the Zoning Code in such location. Such hearing will be held on Thursday, February 19th, 2026, at 7:00 PM, at Tracy Memorial Hall, 77 Main Street, Chatham, NY 12037. All persons shall be given the opportunity to speak or submit written comments at such hearing.
