Planning Board
The Village of Chatham Planning Board reviews proposed building projects to ensure that they meet the requirements set forth in the zoning law. Meetings are held on the fourth Monday of each month at 7:00 pm, at the Tracy Memorial Village Hall.
All Planning Board Applications must be submitted the first week of the month in order to be posted on the Planning Board Agenda. All meetings are open to the public. If you need to go before the Planning Board, contact the Code Enforcement Officer.
