Planning Board
The Village of Chatham Planning Board reviews proposed building projects to ensure that they meet the requirements set forth in the zoning law. Meetings are held on the fourth Monday of each month at 7:00 pm, at the Tracy Memorial Village Hall. All meetings are recorded, and meeting videos are available on the Village of Chatham, NY YouTube channel.
All Planning Board Applications must be submitted at least ten days prior to the meeting of the Planning Board in order to be posted on that month’s agenda. Meetings and agendas will be announced on this website and FaceBook and are open to the public. If you need to appear before the Planning Board, contact the Code Enforcement Officer.
