Notice of Public Hearing: Thursday, February 19, 2026, 7:00 PM

Take notice that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Chatham, New York, will hold a public hearing on an application by Allison Groupp and Terry Buck for appeal of orders, requirements, decisions, or determinations made by the Code Enforcement Officer in relation to applications and actions of NYSEG, and related to site plan approval and a utility pole located at 18 Fairview Ave., Chatham, NY (Tax Map Parcel 66.5-2-20). Such hearing will be held on Thursday, February 19th, 2026, at 7:00 PM, at Tracy Memorial Hall, 77 Main Street, Chatham, NY 12037. All persons shall be given the opportunity to speak or submit written comments at such hearing.
