Board of Trustees Meetings

The Village of Chatham Board of Trustees holds its regular meetings on the second Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m. at the Tracy Memorial Village Hall.

All meetings are open to the public, and residents are encouraged to attend. Notices of upcoming meetings are posted on this website and published in The Columbia Paper. Special Meetings will be posted on the website. Special meetings will also be announced on the Village of Chatham, NY FaceBook page as they are scheduled.

Beginning August 2024, all Board of Trustees meetings are recorded and available for public viewing on the Village of Chatham YouTube channel.
