Zoning Board of Appeals
The Village of Chatham Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) is comprised of volunteers appointed by the Village of Chatham Board of Trustees. The ZBA makes decisions on applications that are sent to them for area variances, use variances, and interpretations of the Village of Chatham zoning law.
Meetings are held at the Tracy Memorial Village Hall and are scheduled for the 3rd Monday of the month when applications for appeal are received by the ZBA. All ZBA meetings will be announced on this website and published in The Register Star and The Columbia Paper. All meetings are open to the public.
