Zoning Board of Appeals
The Village of Chatham Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) is comprised of volunteers appointed by the Village of Chatham Board of Trustees. The ZBA makes decisions on applications that are sent to them for area variances, use variances, and interpretations of the Village of Chatham zoning law.
Meetings are held at the Tracy Memorial Village Hall and are scheduled for the 3rd Thursday of the month when applications for appeal are received by the ZBA. All Applications must be submitted at least ten days prior to the meeting of the ZBA in order to be posted on that month’s agenda. All meeting dates and agendas will be announced on this website and Facebook and are open to the public. All meetings are recorded, and meeting videos are available on the Village of Chatham, NY YouTube channel.
