Take notice that the Planning Board of the Village of Chatham, New York, will hold a public hearing on an application by Amber and Ryan McPhail for Special Permit Review at 48 High St, Chatham, NY 12037, Tax Map # 66.10-3-31. The applicant seeks a special use permit for an Accessory Dwelling Unit. Applicant seeks to demolish existing 20’x26’ garage and replace with another garage with an Accessory Dwelling on the 2nd floor. Such hearing will be held on Monday, August 25, 2025, at 7:00 PM, at Tracy Memorial Hall, 77 Main Street, Chatham, NY 12037.
