Take notice that the Planning Board of the Village of Chatham, New York, will hold a public hearing on an application by Leslie Korda for minor subdivision at 75 High St, Chatham, NY 12037, Tax Map # 66.10-3-44. The applicant seeks to divide the current lot of .86 acres into 2 lots of 22,605 S.F. and 15,000 S.F.. Such hearing will be held on Monday, August 25, 2025, at 7:00 PM, at Tracy Memorial Hall, 77 Main Street, Chatham, NY 12037. All persons shall be given the opportunity to speak or submit written comments at such hearing.
