NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Take notice that the Planning Board of the Village of Chatham, New York, will hold a public hearing on an application by Gunther Fishgold, Application #2025-151 for a Special Use Permit at 15 Dardess Ave, Chatham, NY 12037, Tax Map # 66.17-1-2.111. The applicant seeks to create a baseball training facility. Such hearing will be held on Monday, December 22, 2025, at 7:00 PM, at Tracy Memorial Hall, 77 Main Street, Chatham, NY 12037. All persons shall be given the opportunity to speak or submit written comments at such hearing.
