The Public Hearing regarding an an application for an area variance by ArtGarden, LLC, Application #2026-077: Tax Map #66.5-2.13; 5 Fairview Ave, Chatham, NY. The applicant seeks an area variance for a 6’ fence in the front side yard. A 4’ fence is the maximum height allowed by the Zoning Code in such location remains open from prior meeting.
