The next meeting of the Planning Board will be held on Monday, November 24, 2025 at 7pm. Two (2) Public Hearings will be held prior to the regular meeting. (1) (this Public Hearing remains open from the previous Planning Board meeting): application by New York State Electric and Gas (NYSEG) for a special use permit at 18 Fairview Ave., Chatham, NY 12037, Tax Map # 66.5-2-20. The applicant seeks to expand the existing substation and install a new fence. (2) application by Elizabeth VanAlstyne for a Lot Line Adjustment at 18 Elm St, Chatham, NY 12037, Tax Map # 66.17-02-39. The applicant seeks four lot line adjustment parcels to be merged with those respective adjoining properties located at 59-61-63-65 Payne Ave.

The meeting will be held at the Tracy Memorial Village Hall, located at 77 Main Street, Chatham, NY 12037.  This meeting is open to the public.
