The next regularly scheduled meeting of the Village of Chatham Board of Trustees will be held on Monday, August 10, 2026, at 7:00 pm.

Prior to the regular meeting, two (2) Public Hearings will be held. The 1st Public Hearing will be held at 6:45 for the purpose of taking public comment on a proposed local law entitled “A Local Law to Authorize Alternate Members of the ZBA and PB.” This law would allow participation of alternate members of the Zoning Board of Appeals and Planning Board whenever one or more of such Board’s regular members is unable to participate in a matter. The 2nd Public Hearing will be held at 6:55 pm regarding granting a cable television franchise agreement by and between the Village of Chatham and Spectrum Northeast, LLC, an indirect subsidiary of Charter Communications.

The meeting and Public Hearings will take place at 77 Main Street, Chatham, NY 12037 and are open to the public.
