Village of Chatham, NY Planning Board: Notice of Public Hearing: Monday March 24, 2025 at 7pm

Take notice that the Planning Board of the Village of Chatham, New York, will hold a public hearing on an application by Jack Shear for a subdivision of land at 29 Jones Avenue in the Village of Chatham, tax parcel number 66.10.-2-52. The applicant seeks to subdivide an existing commercial parcel of approximately 3.80 acres into two lots. Such hearing will be held on Monday, March 24, 2025, at 7:00 PM, at Tracy Memorial Hall, 77 Main Street, Chatham, NY 12037. All persons shall be given the opportunity to speak or submit written comments at such hearing.
