NOTICE Public Hearing for “A Local Law to Prohibit Parking at 33 Thomas Street” will take place 6/9/25 at 6:55pm

PUBLIC NOTICE, VILLAGE OF CHATHAM, COLUMBIA COUNTY, NEW YORK.  NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR PROPOSED LOCAL LAW ENTITLED “A LOCAL LAW TO PROHIBIT PARKING AT 33 THOMAS STREET”.  PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Chatham shall hold a public hearing on Monday, June 9, 2025 beginning at 6:55 pm at Tracy Memorial Village Hall, 77 Main Street, Chatham, NY 12037 for the purpose of taking public comment on a proposed local law entitled “A Local Law to Prohibit Parking at 33 Thomas Street.”  This law would prohibit vehicular street parking in front of 33 Thomas Street to better enable emergency vehicles and plow trucks to travel. At such public hearing, all interested persons shall have the opportunity to be heard. 

A copy of the proposed “A Local Law to Prohibit Parking at 33 Thomas Street” is available in the Village Clerk’s Office, 77 Main Street, Chatham, NY 12037, and on the Village of Chatham website at www.villageofchathamny.gov.
