Planning Board Meeting and Two (2) Public Hearings, Monday, October 27, 2025 at 7pm

The next meeting of the Planning Board will be held on Monday, October 27, 2025 at 7pm. Two (2) Public Hearings remain open from the previous Planning Board meeting and will be held prior to the meeting: (1) application by Zvi Cohen for a site plan review and a special use permit at 116 Hudson Ave., Chatham, NY 12037, Tax Map # 66.13-2-24. The applicant seeks to add a 40’ x 68’ accessory structure to move outdoor storage items inside this structure. (2) application by New York State Electric and Gas (NYSEG) for a special use permit at 18 Fairview Ave., Chatham, NY 12037, Tax Map # 66.5-2-20. The applicant seeks to expand the existing substation and install a new fence.
