Notice of Public Hearing: Monday, September 22, 2025, 7:00 PM

Take notice that the Planning Board of the Village of Chatham, New York, will hold a public hearing on an application by New York State Electric and Gas (NYSEG) for a special use permit at 18 Fairview Ave., Chatham, NY 12037, Tax Map # 66.5-2-20. The applicant seeks to expand the existing substation and install a new fence. Such hearing will be held on Monday, September 22, 2025, at 7:00 PM, at Tracy Memorial Hall, 77 Main Street, Chatham, NY 12037. All persons shall be given the opportunity to speak or submit written comments at such hearing.
