Take notice that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Chatham, New York, will hold a public hearing on an application for area variances by Amber and Ryan McPhail, 48 High St, Chatham, NY; Tax Map Parcel 66.10-3-31. The applicant seeks relief from front and side setback requirements for the reconstruction and relocation of a garage. Such hearing will be held on Thursday, August 21, 2025, at 7:00 pm at the Tracy Memorial Village Hall, 77 Main Street, Chatham, NY 12037.
