NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING, VILLAGE OF CHATHAM ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS. Take notice that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Chatham, New York, will hold a public hearing on an application for an area variance by ArtGarden, LLC, Application #2026-077: Tax Map #66.5-2.13; 5 Fairview Ave, Chatham, NY. The applicant seeks an area variance for a 6’ fence in the front side yard. A 4’ fence is the maximum height allowed by the Zoning Code in such location. Such hearing will be held on Thursday, September 17, 2026, at 7:00 pm at the Tracy Memorial Village Hall, 77 Main Street, Chatham, NY 12037.
