Notice of Public Hearing: Monday, November 24, 2025, 7:00 PM

Take notice that the Planning Board of the Village of Chatham, New York, will hold a public hearing on an application by Elizabeth VanAlstyne for a Lot Line Adjustment at 18 Elm St, Chatham, NY 12037, Tax Map # 66.17-02-39. The applicant seeks four lot line adjustment parcels to be merged with those respective adjoining properties located at 59-61-63-65 Payne Ave. Such hearing will be held on Monday, November 24, 2025, at 7:00 PM, at Tracy Memorial Hall, 77 Main Street, Chatham, NY 12037. All persons shall be given the opportunity to speak or submit written comments at such hearing.
