Take notice that the Planning Board of the Village of Chatham, New York, will hold a public hearing on an application by Katrina Wallin for a lot line adjustment at 18 Bushnell Avenue. The applicant seeks to adjust the boundary lines to merge two adjacent parcels A and B, with her original parcel (Tax map ID 66.17-01-11): Parcel ‘A’ of 0.053 acre from property of Arthur M. Ross, II (Tax map ID 66.17-01-10); Parcel ‘B’ of 0.104 acres from property of Timothy Mead and Joan Hotaling (Tax map ID 66.17-01-12) in the Village of Chatham. Such hearing will be held on Monday, June 23, 2025, at 7:00 PM, at Tracy Memorial Hall, 77 Main Street, Chatham, NY 12037. All persons shall be given the opportunity to speak or submit written comments at such hearing.
