Notice of Public Hearing For a Subdivision of Land at 70 Center Street and Brookside Avenue: Monday, May 19, 2025 at 7:00 PM

Take notice that the Planning Board of the Village of Chatham, New York, will hold a public hearing on an application by John DiDonato and Timothy Roberts for a subdivision of land at 70 Center Street (parcel #66.05-01-07) and Brookside Avenue (parcel #66.05-01-08) in the Village of Chatham. The applicant seeks to adjust the boundary line to reconfigure the two parcels which are currently 0.413 acres and 1.691 acres (2.104 total acres), into two parcels which are 1.401 acres and 0.703 acres (2.104 total acres). Such hearing will be held on Monday, May 19, 2025 at 7:00 PM, at Tracy Memorial Hall, 77 Main Street, Chatham, NY 12037. All persons shall be given the opportunity to speak or submit written comments at such hearing.
