NOTICE OF INVITATION FOR SEALED BIDS VILLAGE OF CHATHAM – REFUSE COLLECTION. Notice is hereby given, that the Village of Chatham will accept sealed bids for REFUSE COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL.  BID instructions, specifications, and information may be found athttps://villageofchathamny.gov/requests-for-bids-proposals-and-qualifications. Email inquiries to the Village Clerk atdkelleher@villageofchathamny.gov. Bids must be returned to the office of the Village Clerk located at Tracy Memorial Hall, 77 Main Street, Chatham, NY, no later than 1:00 pm on May 11, 2026.  Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked: 1. Enclosed is a sealed BID, 2. Village of Chatham Trash and Recycling Pickup and Disposal, 3.  May 11, 2026; 1:00pm – Bid Deadline, 4.  <Company name>.    Bids will be opened at the Village Hall immediately following the deadline for submission of bids.  Bidders are invited to attend.  The Village reserves the right to reject any or all bids and re-advertise.
