NOTICE OF INVITATION FOR SEALED BIDS VILLAGE OF CHATHAM – One ¾ ton pickup truck. Notice is hereby given, that the Village of Chatham will accept sealed bids for the Acquisition of One ¾ ton pickup truck. The bid specifications may be viewed here or by email request to Phil Genovese, DPW Foreman, pgenovese@villageofchathamny.gov. Bids must be returned to the Office of the Village Clerk, Tracy Memorial Village Hall, 77 Main Street, Chatham, NY, no later than 1:00 pm on June 9, 2025. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked: 1. Enclosed is a sealed BID. 2. Purchase of new ¾ ton pickup truck. 3. REF-VOC-DPW-2501 4. June 9, 2025, 1:00pm. 5. <Company name>. Bids will be opened at the Village Hall immediately following the deadline for submission of bids. Bidders are invited to attend. The Village reserves the right to reject any or all bids and re-advertise.
