Chatham–Ghent–Hudson Bus Route Extended Through May 2027

Good news! The Chatham–Ghent–Hudson bus route has been renewed and will continue running every Tuesday and Friday, with three trips per day.

Originally launched in June 2025, the service has seen steady ridership and provides convenient access to shopping, healthcare, and essential services throughout Chatham, Ghent, Hudson, and Greenport. While originally launched as a free service, beginning April 1, 2026, a $1 boarding fee will be charged.

Route begins at Depot Square in Chatham and travels through Ghent to Hudson
Fare begins April 1, 2026: $1.00 per boarding
